We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer / Delivery Engineer to join our technical team.
This role is hands-on: you will support customers, investigate issues, work with APIs, configs, and deployments. It’s a mix of support, operations, and delivery work. If you love digging into technical details, helping people, and making systems better — you will enjoy it here.
What you will do
- Be the first line of technical support for customers and partners.
- Handle incoming support tickets: triage, prioritize, solve or escalate.
- Help customers during onboarding, setup, configuration, and expansion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot API usage issues, banking integrations, and config problems.
- Coordinate with our product and engineering teams to resolve complex cases.
- Contribute to support documentation and the knowledge base.
- Work on improving platform stability, reliability, and operational processes.
Who you are
- You understand APIs, HTTP, and how integration-heavy software works.
- You are comfortable troubleshooting issues and communicating clearly with customers.
- You have basic skills with data tools, logs, monitoring dashboards.
- You can use ticketing systems and know incident management/SLA basics.
- Your English is good enough for written and spoken work with international teams (C1).
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or a similar role is a plus
- (Bonus) You know tools like Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, or similar.
- (Bonus) You have some exposure to fintech, banking, or payment systems.
You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you need curiosity, responsibility, and a strong drive to learn.

Delivery Engineer / IT Manager

We’re looking for a Delivery Engineer / IT Manager who can run complex projects and make sure things get built, launched, and working — without drama.
What you will do
- Own project delivery for customers: organize kick-offs, set expectations, keep everyone aligned.
- Plan and coordinate work between customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage scope carefully — no endless feature creep, no runaway projects.
- Handle customer concerns early — spot risks, escalate only when needed.
- Communicate clearly: regular updates, milestone tracking, risks, actions.
- Lead technical setups: configurations, API integrations, system onboarding.
- Improve project delivery practices: refine processes, document better, move faster.
- Support project expansions: help customers grow their platforms with new features.
Who you are
- 5+ years of project management or delivery experience (consulting, banking, fintech, SaaS, etc.)
- You understand APIs, software deployments, integration-heavy systems.
- You can plan, manage, and unblock projects without getting stuck in red tape.
- You like solving problems early, not waiting for escalation meetings.
- You are confident communicating directly with both tech teams and business users.
- Strong written and spoken English — we work in an international team.

Backend Java/Scala Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Backend Developer to contribute to our reactive, high-load, and fault-tolerant backend built in Java and Scala. You will work directly on the core of our Platform as well as related services and applications.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-time commercial development experience in Java or Scala.
- Skills in designing applications or individual services.
- Experience in designing and developing HTTP-API, integrating with third-party HTTP-API, and working with relational databases.
- Functional programming skills.
- Multi-threaded and reactive programming skills.
- Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and communication with the team.

QA Engineer (paused)
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate QA Engineer who is eager to grow in the field of testing and is particularly interested in fintech. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting manual testing, developing automated UI and HTTP-API integration tests, creating test plans and cases, maintaining test documentation, and participating in the analysis of customer issues. Additionally, you will organize and support test environments and conduct load testing.

We’re in search of a highly skilled and technical Product Owner with expertise in enterprise software for banks, payment processors, and fintech. This role is crucial for driving the development and improvement of Veengu’s software platform, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product roadmap.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for new features and enhancements, translating them into user stories and technical specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
