We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer / Delivery Engineer to join our technical team.

This role is hands-on: you will support customers, investigate issues, work with APIs, configs, and deployments. It is a mix of support, operations, and delivery work. If you love digging into technical details, helping people, and making systems better — you will enjoy it here.

What you will do

  • Be the first line of technical support for customers and partners.
  • Handle incoming support tickets: triage, prioritise, solve or escalate.
  • Help customers during onboarding, set-up, configuration, and expansion.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot API usage issues, banking integrations, and config problems.
  • Coordinate with our product and engineering teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Contribute to support documentation and the knowledge base.
  • Work on improving platform stability, reliability, and operational processes.

Who you are

  • You understand APIs, HTTP, and how integration-heavy software works.
  • You are comfortable troubleshooting issues and communicating clearly with customers.
  • You have basic skills with data tools, logs, monitoring dashboards.
  • You can use ticketing systems and know incident management / SLA basics.
  • Your English is good enough for written and spoken work with international teams (C1).
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or a similar role is a plus.
  • (Bonus) You know tools like Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, or similar.
  • (Bonus) You have some exposure to fintech, banking, or payment systems.

You do not need to know everything on day one — but you need curiosity, responsibility, and a strong drive to learn.

  • Normal working hours: start between 9–11 AM (GMT+2 to GMT+4).
  • Simple hiring process: 30–45 min intro call + tech interview (2–3 short stages).
